Cancellation of a UG

Greetings!
I am looking for support in closing a UG which we formed in 2018. We failed to raise any capital as well as we never had any revenues. We don’t have any debt or any assets. The problem is we never filed any tax returns and vat returns. We are receiving letters from authorities now. We want to end this company as soon as possible.
