UG Grunden

Good day,

I have a question, I will like to register an UG without my name because i will like to hire someone who will represent me and be selling our products online like Amazon and Kaufland and many other Online Marketplaces . I will like to ask how long will it take to have an UG ? What will be the cost of the total UG? Is the Notar coyst also involved? I will not like my private address to be on the UG so i will later find a Virtuel Office and use it for the Compoany address.
