I am writing in English as my German is not good. I have the following queries:
* Is it possible to have your service in English?
* I like to register a UG company aiming to provide Staff Augmentation, and Bespoke Software Solutions. I live in Berlin and hold a PR (Niederlassungserlaubnis). Is it possible to have online registration with my non electronic PR? (My PR is sticked to my passport)

Unter “jetzt direkt ihr Unternehmen gründen lassen!” habe ich kein Feld für weitere Gesellschafter gefunden, noch um festzulegen welcher davon wie viel Prozent des Unternehmens besitzen oder wie es mit dem Verkauf von Aktienanteilen aussieht.
Meine Frage ist, wie man die Unternehmensanteile festlegt und welche Regeln standartmäßig für den Verkauf von Anteilen bestehen.

Regarding Forming UG

I need to form a UG with 3 shareholders (me + 2 others in India). While Im in Bad Soden and have a work visa, others are in India and have no German visa.
Objective of Company:
Trade and distribution, sale, import and export of all kinds of food, beverages, liquor and health wellness consumer goods.
Please guide on the process and the costs. I have 4 questions:
1. Does the 200 EUR include Notory costs?
2. Will my residence address (Rental apartment) be ok as business address?
3. Is regisitration at trade office included in the package?
4. Is regisitration at tax office included in the package?
