Hello,

I need to form a UG with 3 shareholders (me + 2 others in India). While Im in Bad Soden and have a work visa, others are in India and have no German visa.
Objective of Company:
Trade and distribution, sale, import and export of all kinds of food, beverages, liquor and health wellness consumer goods.

Please guide on the process and the costs. I have 4 questions:
1. Does the 200 EUR include Notory costs?
2. Will my residence address (Rental apartment) be ok as business address?
3. Is regisitration at trade office included in the package?
4. Is regisitration at tax office included in the package?
