NDA & Copyright Agreement
Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to start a company and before the incorporation wish to contract some work to freelancers, students, etc. Currently as a private person, I wish to have an NDA & Copyright Agreement before contracting with the parties. I currently have a draft version of the NDA. May I know how much would you charge to help formulate them?
